Band Screen - KD 43

The KD43 Band Screen represents a ground-breaking solution for efficient separation of screenings in wastewater systems. This belt screen is the first on the market where each individual screen element opens, eliminating the risk of pressure drop across the back of the screen (backflow) and the accumulation of screenings such as sand and pebbles between the belts.

Each grate element is designed to transport sand, stones and similar material upwards, reducing wear on the grate and ensuring optimal performance over time. The KD 43 Band Screen can also be customised with perforation (hole size) to suit specific needs.
