Static Inline Mixer - KD 28

The KD 28 Static Inline Mixer represents an advanced solution in static mixing technology.

Designed for accurate and homogeneous mixing of sludge and polymer solutions, this mixer aims to optimise dewatering parameters for maximum efficiency.

The mixer is constructed as a tube equipped with DIN flanges, allowing for easy and safe installation in existing systems. The polymer is dosed into the centre of the mixer through a separate pipe, from where it is thoroughly mixed with the sludge stream.

This is achieved by means of 20/12 bounce plates (chicanes), which are mounted in the pipe and ensure a constant disturbance of the flow, contributing to an efficient mixing of polymer and sludge.
